For this year, I decided to start up my Project-52 images again. It has been a while since I last did a 52-week project (four years)! So let’s start with a bang with some color! On returning to work, I crossed to the other side of the street and found this colorful crosswalk by Fiddler’s Green.
Close by is this colorful animated sculpture against a clean blue sky. By the time that I decided on the composition, the contrails of a passing jet plane entered the frame.
We had a couple of frigid winter days during. This caused ice to form on the pond in Fiddler’s Green. As I approached the pond, some of the Canada Geese started moving towards the water. I made image as they formed a straight line in front of the water. Fortunately, there was a beam of sun that lit up the geese in the water with an orange glow.
Keeping with the theme of color, First Friday art walk took place on Santa Fe Blvd last week. I found these clay pottery works in one of my favorite galleries.
May the rest of the year be filled with color and many shades of gray.
